Administrative Law

Representing individuals and companies before the administrative courts against decisions of the State, local authorities and public bodies.

The relationship between citizens and the Administration is governed by its own rules, built on the principles of legality, equality before public service and continuity. Law no. 41-90 establishing the administrative courts gave Morocco an effective framework for reviewing administrative action.

The firm brings actions for annulment (recours pour excès de pouvoir) against unlawful administrative decisions, together with claims for compensation for damage caused by the Administration, whether based on fault or on no-fault liability.

Its work also covers expropriation for public purposes and unlawful seizure (voie de fait), planning and permitting law, civil service matters, and the enforcement of administrative judgments against a reluctant Administration.
