Employment Law
Securing employment relationships within the company and defending employers and employees in dismissal litigation.
The Moroccan Labour Code (law no. 65-99) is mandatory law balancing the company’s freedom of organisation against employee protection. The slightest procedural failing in a dismissal can turn a termination into a costly wrongful dismissal.
The firm assists employers in drafting employment contracts, internal regulations and collective agreements, in complying with the pre-dismissal hearing and disciplinary procedure, and in carrying out redundancies on economic, technological or structural grounds.
It represents both employers and employees before the courts of first instance sitting in labour matters: termination indemnities, workplace accidents and occupational diseases, and disputes over affiliation and declarations to the national social security fund (CNSS).
